According to Director General (DG) Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Asim Bajwa, Gen. Raheel Sharif will call on military and political leadership of United Kingdom during the visit to discuss progress of military operation Zarb-e-Azb against militants in North Waziristan.
Pakistan army, in June 2014, began an offensive against militant hideouts in the North Waziristan tribal agency after a bloody raid on Karachi Airport ended faltering peace talks between the government and the Taliban.
