Nine-year-old girl Ira Saxena began sneezing three weeks ago – and has not stopped since. She sneezes at a rate of more than 10 times a minute.

The girl has been examined by a GP, a specialist and a private clinic, but no one could come up with a cure.

Mum Priya said: “Three weeks ago she just woke up sneezing. It started slowly but then progressed to become more constant and more violent.

“The doctors are saying it is possibly an incorrect signal being sent from her brain or a tic. But nobody can be sure.
