Girls outshine boys in federal board SSC Part-II exams

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board Of Intermediate and Secondary Education declared the results of Secondary School Certificate Part II (SSC) annual examinations on Tuesday, ARY News reported.

The first three positions in the SSC Part-II exams were secured by female candidates.

Army Public School Peshawar’s Minaal Amir came in first place as she topped the exams with 1,032 marks.

Urooj Fatima and Aiman Gul came second with 1,031 marks.

Ayesha Ahsan, Hafsa Saeed and Areej Musharraf shared the third position after securing 1,030 marks each.

Sixty-three thousand students gave the FBISE SSC Part II exams and 89 percent of the students cleared the examinations.

State Minister for Education Muhammad Baligh-ur-Rehman presented bouquets to the position holders and congratulated them over their achievements.
