“Although, I have been to many other countries like Singapore, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, United States, England, Russia and Turkey. However, I cannot think of settling in any other country by leaving Pakistan,” she said while talking to host Javeria Abbasi in ARY News programme ‘Hamare Mehmaan’ (our guest).
Sahiba has acted in many Pakistani films in the 1990s but left the industry after marrying fellow actor Afzal Khan better known as Jan Rambo. She is a daughter of actress Nisho.
To a query, she said her mother had supported her on every occasion after she entered into the film industry at a very young age. Hence, she did not face much difficulty. “Though, my first film was not successful, but it helped me in my career.”
When she was asked whether she wanted to become an actor or something else, she said she was like many other children fond of checking copies of other kids like a teacher.
“On the day of releasing of my film, I used to be full of excitement and would spend restless night the day my film was going to be onscreen,” she said.
About parenting of her children, she said she had personally taken care of their education since their early age in spite of solely depending on tuition or school. She said her two boys had completed study of Quran at the age of seven year.
“I like snacks and light meal,” she responded to a query while her husband Afzal Khan’s favorite dish is Biryani and Desi Chicken Pulao.
