It was contended in a petition that solar lights were installed at Afza Altaf flyover near Habib Chowrangi, but its amount was not paid.
The petitioner claimed he had contacted Rauf Siddiqui, Raza Abidi and others, but they responded that the amount had been deposited in the party fund.
He urged the court to register FIR against the nominated accused for giving him threats.
Meanwhile, the court has accepted plea for hearing.
