Govt announces Rs 10m head money for Fazlullah, Mangal Bagh

ISLAMABAD: Pakistani government has announced a bounty of Rs. 10 million on Taliban chief Mullah Fazlullah and Chief of Lashkar-e-Islam Mangal Bagh, ARY News reports on Friday.

The federal government has disclosed the list of 100 terrorists and head money on them.

According to the list, Taliban and Lashkar-e-Islam chieftains carry Rs. 10 million bounties each on their heads. Fazlullah has been charged in 189 terrorism cases.

It should be noted that a photo album of 615 terrorists was also issued by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government earlier. The provincial government had also announced Rs. 10 million bounty on the Taliban chief.

The Pakistani state is at years long conflict with terrorist organizations in the country. Thousands of civilians, security men and government officials have been killed or injured in the war against terrorism.
