Govt, army working together to uproot terrorism: minister

FAISALABAD: State Minister for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali said that the federal government and Pakistan Army are working together to uproot terrorism from the country, ARY News reported.

The state minister made the statement will speaking during the prayer ceremony arranged by Faisalabad Bar Association in memory of the Quetta massacre which claimed the lives of 74 people on 8th August.

It is due to the National Action Plan (NAP) and Operation Zarb-e-Azb that the country has achieved successes against terrorism.

He went on to say that the federal government is doing everything it can to maintain the law and order situation of the country.
