Govt doesn’t want accountability, says Ahsan

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Senator Aitazaz Ahsan has said that that federal government does not want accountability process to take place, ARY News reported.

Talking to media on Saturday, Ahsan said that the government is not willing to hold the Sharif family accountable.

The PPP senator went on to say that the government is using delaying tactics on the terms of reference (TORs) of the probe into Panama Leaks.

“The country is being robbed in the name of Nandipur Power Project,” Ahsan further said.

He went on to say that Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan cannot fall asleep whenever he criticizes him.

Ahsan said that he does not have any LPG quota nor owns any private business.

“If someone has got a LPG quota then Nisar feel free to cancel it,” he said.
