Govt establishes Hajj inquiry cell to address pilgrims’ issues

ISLAMABAD: Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has established a Hajj inquiry cell for prompt resolution of the complaints of intending pilgrims.

According to official sources, the intending pilgrims would get their Hajj related queries answered by contacting 051 9216980, 051-9216981, 051-9216982 anytime for guidance.

The intending pilgrims and their relatives could get any type of information from the ministry, and also register their complaints at the special helpline to facilitate them.

In Pakistan, the pilgrims or their relatives can contact 042-111-725-425, and they can also make free calls to Saudi Arabia on toll free number 800-1166622.

The intending pilgrims have been asked to arrange the copies of first page of their passport, stamped page of Saudi visa and immigration from the airport for getting mobile SIMS.
