Jahangir Tareen, speaking to media here on Wednesday, said that change will only come when the state institutions are independent.
“The state institutions should be independent. However, they are working under Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N)”, Tareen said.
The PTI leader also said that his stance against PML-N Parliamentarian Siddique Baloch is the same as it was before.
“His educational degree was shown to him, which he couldn’t read”, he added.
