Won’t be threatened by govt’s blackmailing, says Imran

BIRMINGHAM: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has said that Pakistanis live outside the country because the state institutions have been destroyed, ARY News reported.

Addressing the Pakistani community in Birmingham, Imran Khan said that Pakistan is being run on the money of overseas Pakistanis. He added that overseas Pakistanis are sending their hard-earned money into the country.

He added that people with dual-nationality should also be allowed to contest the general elections.

PTI Chairman said, “We will introduce the system of law and order in Pakistan.” He added that several nations were destroyed because they had different laws for the rich and poor.

“Go Imran Go slogans were raised against me. Am I the prime minister,” he asked.

“I have no government position,” he added.

The PTI Chairman said that the country is being harmed through money laundering. He also said that its impossible for a premier to do corruption and remain safe.

“There is transparency in a democratic system,” Khan added.

He added that some people raised allegations on Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital. He went on to say, “They wouldn’t have done this if they had some shame in them.”

He added that accountability process has been started across the world after the Panama Leaks.

Imran Khan said that the government is trying to blackmail the opposition parties by claiming that they have evidences against them.

“I won’t be threatened by the government’s blackmailing,” Khan said.

Imran Khan said that a chance will be given to the government for creating a judicial commission under the Chief Justice of Pakistan to probe the Panama Leaks against the Sharif family.
