Govt, PTI still to reach a decisive end

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) leader, Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that an advancement has taken place in talks with the government, however there is still a gap existing on some issues, ARY News reported.

Talking to media after talks with government delegates, Shah Mehmood Qureshi said, “We have achieved consensus on several matters, however there is still a gap regarding some issues, which we are trying to meet”.

He added that his party has demonstrated flexibility in order to further the negotiations, while many other politicians have made efforts in bringing the two sides close to each other and the process is now heading in the right direction.

Moreover, he said that the government team was in a hurry as the joint session of the Parliament was about to commence, yet the PTI-government talks can possibly be resumed after the session.
