Govt succeeds in breaching opposition parties’ front on ToRs

KARACHI: The government has succeeded in breaching opposition parties’ front established on Terms of Reference (ToRs) of Panama Leaks probe, sources said on Monday, ARY News reported.

Sources said matters have been finalized by the government in turning some opposition parties’ stance in its favor. Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan had hinted at such deal a few days ago that the government would try to purchase some politicians.

Many questions have arisen after meeting between Opposition Leader Syed Khursheed Shah and Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid. The meeting showed that the government has kneeled down before the opposition. This act of the government has been taunted Chairman Pakistan People’s Party Bilawal Bhutto.

Bilawal tweeted: “Jb Ye Mushkil main hotay hai tu Poan Pakartay hai or jb Mushkil sy nikaltay hain tu Gala pakrtay hain (When they are in trouble, they touch your feet and once out of trouble, they hold your neck).”

Even though, Rasheed stooped to demonstrate respect for Shah, but it seems that, for Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the act carried duplicity in it.
