Govt taking bold steps to promote games in Pakistan: information minister

ISLAMABAD: Minister of State for Information Marriyum Aurangzeb on Sunday said the government is taking bold steps to promote games in the country, which was badly affected due to menace of unrest.

“Schools and playgrounds in the entire country have also been put on modern lines under the prime minister’s vision,” she said talking to media in Rawalpindi.

Marriyum Aurangzeb said the economic achievements and transparency in the institutions are being acknowledged and appreciated by the world financial magazine and institutions.

“Due to effective steps of Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N)-led government peace has been restored in the country,” she said.

Marriyum Aurangzeb said that Pakistan economy is rapidly improving under the leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.

Minister of state for information said in 2017 Pakistan is much better than that of 2013 by the commitment of the government regarding elimination of terrorism from the country.

She said that Prime Minister Health Reform’s project is the biggest health program of the region and education reforms will also be a symbolic program for the nation.

She said today, there is a significant reduction in load-shedding and mega energy projects are also being set up in the country.

Marriyum Aurangzeb said that China Economic Corridor project is the project of development of whole country and will prove to be a milestone in country’s history.
