Group clash near Shahdadpur leaves 16 injured

SHAHDADPUR: Sixteen people including six women were injured in a group clash near Shahdadpur on Sunday, ARY News reports.

According to details, the clash broke out between two groups of a local community over money issue. Both parties used axes and batons on each other due to which 16 people were wounded.

The injured persons were taken to a medical facility for first-aid. Three of the wounded were shifted to Nawabshah for treatment.

The case has been filed in Maldasi Police Station. The FIR stated that the group clash took place after the women farmers of the community had asked money for their work.
