Ali Sehar was at his house when Chand, Razakar, Ali, Asad Shah and Bahadur came and asked him to have food with them but he never returned.
His relatives filed a missing case at Civil police station after which police arrested the suspects.
One of the suspect confessed that they attempted to sexually assault him but were unsuccessful. Then, they struck him with a heavy boulder and threw his body in the river.
They also confessed to have sexually assaulted and raped several children previously as well.
While speaking to the media, his sister Wadina said they are citizens of Ukraine and their father is currently in Germany. She appealed to the government to provide them justice.
