“We have extended hospitality to the Afghan refugees for three decades. Their harassment over the last three months must stop immediately,” he said in a tweet after meeting with Afghan refugee elders accompanied by Rustam Shah Mohamand.

He also asked Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak to meet those elders and resolve their issues.

The PTI chief said International conventions make clear states cannot simply force refugees to return. We must realise no one leaves their homes voluntarily.

This should be noted that after arrest of Afghan intelligence agency spies from Balochistan home minister of Balochistan had said that Afghan refugees would have to go back in any case, because spy agents were present in refugee camps who were involved in sabotaging peace of Pakistan.
