Fawad Khan is stylish, handsome and has Bollywood right in his own hands. However, the Pakistani heartthrob has admitted that owing to his legion of female fan following, he is reasonably scared of his father-in-law!
In an interview with Rajeev Masand of CNN-IBN, Fawad admitted that his heartthrob status among women is an uncomfortable topic that he tends to avoid when he meets his father-in-law because he is scared of him. And here’s how he does it:-
“I start talking like a complete idiot, which I am. But that’s my way of deflecting it,” he said.
Fawad Khan is busy trying to promote his upcoming film Kapoor and Sons these days. Also, Fawad was told by Masand how he reminded him of Shah Rukh Khan early on, since every woman Rajeev met was fond of Fawad Khan. To that, Fawad covered his ears and said “Hold on!”
During the interview, the Kapoor and Sons star also spoke about how he had wanted to do the film once the script came into his hand.
“I read the Kapoor & Sons script in a half hour, forty-five minutes. I read it like a book. By the end, I was blown away. I picked up the phone and said, ‘This script is gold,” he said.
