Ever since Humaima Malick made her mark in the Pakistani film industry, there has been no going back for the actress. Bol propelled her to overnight success and stardom and ultimately resulted in a Bollywood calling for the actress. Humaima worked with actor Emraan Hashmi in Raja Natwarlal and fans within Pakistan had high hopes for the film. Unfortunately, it did not do well neither commercially nor critically.

Her latest Pakistani film opposite Sikander Rizvi titled Dekh Magar Pyar Se also tanked at the box office, despite earning rave reviews for her acting. However, Humaima continues to shoot for projects and is unfazed by the responses that she encountered from her last two films. The actress spoke to hipinpakistan.com and said:-

“I’m working on two projects in Pakistan; I was recently shooting for a film in India and there’s one more I’ll be looking into there (India) soon. So there are four movies that would be coming out in 2016 and 2017,” she said. The actress was also not keen to share the details at the moment and insisted that she would let ‘her work speak for itself’.

“I can’t reveal anything about these films at the moment; there will be a proper announcement for all of them with press conferences. I just believe that I should let my work speak for itself!”

Humaima Malick courted controversy for her intimate scenes in Raja Natwarlal with Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi. In Dekh Magar Pyar Se, Humaima essayed the role of a con-girl who tricks a simple-minded rickshaw driver, played by Sikander Rizvi.
