Imran dares Nawaz, Asif to debate on corruption in SKMH funds

SIALKOT: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan on Friday challenged Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Defense Minister Khawaja Asif for debate to prove allegations of corruption in Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital (SKMH) funds, ARY News reported.

He said he would leave politics if found involved in corruption of Shaukat Khanum Hospital funds.

“The rulers are hiding tax evasion revealed in Panamagate,” he said while addressing a press conference in Sialkot.

He said the rulers were scared of formulation of Terms of Reference (ToRs) for Panama Leaks probe, fearing that their corruption would be exposed.


“Why is the government fearful of ToRs if they had not done anything wrong? Nawaz Sharif and his family are involved in money laundering,” he said.

The chairman PTI once again offered to include his name in ToRs of Panama Leaks investigation.

To a query, he said martial law would not take place in Pakistan.
