Imran claims printing of extra ballot papers proved before JC

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Tuesday reiterated that the printing of extra ballot papers has been established, while Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Talal Chaudhry in response termed Khan a ‘Siyasi Pappu’, ARY News reported.

According to details, Imran Khan said that the strategy he opted for before the judicial commission (JC) is heading in the right direction and that extra ballot papers were printed for VIP constituencies.

At this, State Minister for Information Technology Anusha Rehman accused that the PTI chairman is lying before the commission too.

PMLN’s Talal Chaudhry in response to Khan’s claims termed him a ‘Siyasi Pappu’.

On the other hand, MD Security Printing Press stated before the commission that 7 crore 33 lac ballot papers were printed for General Elections 2013, but he could not recall the date on which the additional ballots were printed.
