Imran Khan today presided a meeting of senior party members and held consultation with them pertaining to PTI rally in Lahore. The meeting was attended by Jehangir Tareen, Chaudhry Sarwar, Naeem ul Haq, Shafqat Mehmood, Aleem Khan and others.

The skipper tasked Aleem Khan with making the rally a success.

The PTI chief also issued directives to ensure that the women activists and supporters remain at a safe distance from male participants in order to avoid mistreatment of anyone.

Earlier, PTI leader Uzma Kardar had complained to party chairman Imran Khan about mistreatment doled out to her by party activists during a rally in Islamabad.

She wrote a ‘condemnation letter’ to Khan, clarifying him that those maltreated her were PTI activists, and not those of PML-N.
