Imran firm to hold rally at F-9 Park Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan on Tuesday reiterated to hold a rally at Islamabad’s F-9 Park on April 24 to mark 20th foundation day of his party, ARY News reported.

According to details, Imran Khan presided a key party meeting at his Bani Gala residence prior to leaving for London. The meeting was also attended by the organizers of April 24 rally.

The PTI chief, on the occasion, said that the rally will be held at F-9 Park in any case, advising the organizers to finalize all arrangements before his return home.

Khan, in his tweet, also stated that he is off to London to meet foreign experts of two firms known for tax audit.

Earlier, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan had said that Tehreek-i-Insaf will not be allowed to hold a rally anywhere in Islamabad.

He said the whole country is there to demonstrate public strength and holding a public gathering is Islamabad is not the only option.
