Speaking in the ARY News program, he criticized the Election Commission of Pakistan for failing to ensure transparent elections.

He alleged the ECP of compromising the fundamental rule of transparency in polls. “We had demanded deployment of Rangers inside and outside polling stations, but it didn’t happen,” said Ismail.

Whoever wins will carry a fake mandate, he alleged.
