Imran Khan calls for arrest of Karimabad scuffle culprits

Imran Khan while condemning the incident which resulted in uprooting the PTI electoral camp in Karimabad claimed that it is proven once again that MQM is not a ‘peaceful’ party.

PTI chief claimed that PTI workers are and will remain peaceful while urging law enforcement agencies to take notice of the sad incident in Karimabad area.

In his Twitter message, Imran Khan opined that MQM chief is proving that his party can only win by using fascist tactics adding that the attack has made PTI more determined.

Meanwhile PTI MNA Arif Alvi was of the view that Sindh Rangers shall come forward and take hold of the situation.

PTI leader Faisal Wada said that MQM workers first attack their opponents then do a press conference to prove themselves innocent.

Imran Ismail says not afraid of mob violence

PTI candidate for by-polls from  NA-246 constituency said that his workers are not afraid after the mob violence in Karimabad.

In a message after mob uprooted the PTI electoral camp in Karimabad area, Ismail said that PTI will win and his workers are not afraid of such attacks.

MQM and PTI workers faced off second time in a day in Karimabad area as temperatures have heated up amid the election campaign for by-election in Karachi’s National Assembly constituency NA-246, which also houses the MQM headquarters Nine Zero. The incident prompting police to intervene.

MQM workers had gathered outside PTI election camp and chanted slogans against PTI. Some of the MQM activists reportedly thrashed workers of the rival political party and burnt PTI flag.

Police nabbed the violent political workers. Amid the face-off, PTI workers also raised slogans against the MQM.
