Imran Khan not to attend parliament sitting today

ISLAMABAD: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Imran Khan will not attend the joint sitting of the parliament today to discuss the evolving situation in Yemen, ARY News reported.

ARY News’ correspondent Abdul Qadir quoted protocol officer of Imran Khan, Naeem-ul-Haq as saying that PTI Chairman will not attend the parliament session today.

According to sources, Imran Khan is unhappy with Minister of Defence Khawaja Asif’s comments about PTI on Monday and he has decided not to attend the parliament session.

Other parliamentary members of PTI, who made return to parliament yesterday after seven months will join the parliament debate on whether Pakistan should get involved in a Saudi-led campaign in Yemen conflict.
