Long March

Imran plans ‘big celebration’ on Sep 13

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan has announced to mark a ‘big celebration’ day on September 13 (Saturday) as his sit-in in Islamabad completes a month, ARY News reported.

Imran Khan-led PTI had began its march against the government on August 13, seeking ouster of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and reelections under new electoral reforms.

In his speech on Wednesday night, Khan termed the day of celebration on Sep 13 as ‘One-Nation Day’.

He said he would make big revelations about the government in its gathering on Saturday. Those revelations should have been made at the floor of the parliament, he added.

Addressing the participants of the PTI sit-in, Khan said no movement in the world had ever succeeded without the support of women and students. He urged the students at the sit-in not to miss this chance of participating in the mammoth gathering or else they would suffer for the rest of their life.

He asked why the PML-N ministers were speaking venom against him and his party.
