Imran-Qadri meeting in Madina on cards

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chairman, Imran Khan will be departing to Saudi Arabia today to perform Umra, where he is likely to meet the chief of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), Dr Tahirul Qadri, ARY News reported.

According to details, the meeting between Imran Khan and Dr Tahirul Qadri is likely to take place in Madina, during which both the leaders are expected to decide about the second phase of their protest movement against the Nawaz-government.

The PAT chief is in Madina since Monday, while Imran Khan will fly to Saudi Arabia today and his newly-wed wife Reham Khan will also accompany him.

There are chances for both the party chiefs to exchange views on mounting pressure on the current Pakistan government in the wake of different issues including petrol and gas shortage, power shortfall, investigations of the electoral rigging and non-formation of the judicial commission which the government had promised.
