In his statement issued today, the PTI chairman expressed concerns over such incidents by the Punjab Police, adding, “Police firing on citizens is not at all accepted”.

Regretting the loss of five lives in Quetta firing today, he said that the killing of citizens by terrorists in Baluchistan is giving rise to a sense of ineffectiveness of the provincial government.

Khan urged the Baluchistan government to act wisely and to take measures to ensure safety of life and possession of the citizens.

The PTI chief stated that he and his party are equally aggrieved as the families of the victims of today’s firing incident.
