Imran says his MPAs won't cast vote for others

ISLAMABAD: PTI chairman, Imran Khan on Wednesday clarified that his MPAs will not cast their vote in favor of any candidate belonging to PML-N, PPP, Sherpao Group or the JUI-F, ARY News reported.

Manipulation of the votes for Senate elections has sped up as less than 24 hours are remaining in the polls.

Talking to media in this regard, the PTI chief once again warned of dissolving the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Assembly, if anyone tried to bargain his party’s votes in the Senate elections.

Khan also claimed that he sees the current year as a year of general elections in the country.

On the other hand, Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique called on the chief of BNP-M, Sardar Akhter Mengal earlier in the day, both the leaders agreed to support each other in the Senate polls.

Moreover, PPP leader Khursheed Shah has sought the cooperation of the JI chief Siraj ul Haq in this regard.
