Imran says ready for re-elections, opposition fearing it

MANDI BAHAUDDIN: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan Saturday said that his government are ready for re-elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), but the opposition is fearful of it, ARY News reported.

Imran Khan while speaking to a public rally here challenged all those leveling rigging allegations for a rematch in KP.

“We are not afraid of the allegations for we were the ones who raised voice against rigging of elections, first of all,” Khan said. “What happened in the General Elections 2013 will also be unveiled in a few days.”

He urged the masses to vote for PTI in the by-election in Mandi Bahauddin and also to prepare for the general elections, which he claimed will be held this year.

The PTI chief vowed not to overload the people with taxes and to retrieve the national wealth deposited with Dubai banks.
