Imran Khan spent donations on gambling, claims Abid Sher

Abid Sher Ali made the statement as he as touring Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) Headquarters.

He asked, “Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan spent Rs. 3 million of collected donation money in gambling. He should present himself for accountability first.”

The State Minister said that Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) respects the parties sitting in the opposition and the ruling party does not want any violence to take place.

He added that several people want to give preference to their interests.

Abid Sher Ali also said that there is no pressure on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and he will not resign and will return to the country next week. He added that allegations are being made towards the party.

“PM Nawaz’s name is not mentioned in the Panama Papers. Only his children can respond to the questions being raised over it,” the minister said.

Answering a question regarding the crackdown against Chotu Gang, he said that operation is not being completed on time as the criminals are equipped with latest weapons while the law enforcement agencies have fewer resources.
