Imran urges GB people to vote ‘carefully’

NAGAR, GILGIT-BALTISTAN: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan Thursday said that his party’s government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) delegated powers up to masses at local level despite coming into power for the first time, ARY News reported.

Addressing a public meeting in district Nagar, Imran Khan said that those who came into power for six times each will never empower the people, but his government delegated powers to grass-root level in KP despite coming into power for the first time.

He once again vowed to change the system and praised his government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Khan slammed the federal government saying that Mian Sahib is busy making roads and Metro Bus, while the entire nation is stricken with inflation.

“In KP, funds are being spent on the betterment and prosperity of the people,” he told. “Police system was improved and now schools and hospitals will be built for the masses.”

The PTI chairman while drawing the attention of the people asked them to consider the power of their vote and not to compromise their conscience in the forth coming elections in Gilgit-Baltistan (GB).
