He was delivering an address on India’s Foreign Policy Continuity and Change at the Pakistan Institute of International Affairs in Karachi.
“The problem is that we are not giving ourselves an opportunity to interact with each other and if we do not talk, we will never be able to find a solution,” he added.
The former Indian diplomat-turned-politician expressed hope that the current initiatives would help get positive results into Pakistan-India relations.
Mani Shankar Aiyar was of the view that terrorism was not an issue between Pakistan and India but the fact is that such incidents do occur.
