Iran, Pakistan reaffirm no third country can affect relations

This was reaffirmed when the Iranian Ambassador Mehdi Hunardoost called on Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan.

They discussed a range of issues including the security situation in the region and bilateral relations between the two countries.

Nisar said that no third nation will be allowed to affect the friendly relations between the two nations. He called for enhancing security and strict vigilance along the border between the two nations.

Later, the Iranian Ambassador also met with Maryam Nawaz, daughter of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. Hunardoost expressed best wishes and prayed for the speedy recovery of the premier.
