The shocking revelation was made by the British Newspaper ‘Daily Mail’. The paper disclosed that on February 15, 2014, a meeting was held between Indian Defence minister A.K. Antony and then Army chief of India General Bikram.

During the one-hour meeting a plan on troop movement in Rajasthan and Jammu and Kashmir borders was made.

But the plan was leaked to ISI and within a few hours, Pakistan Army redeployed its troops to counter the Indian plan. That caused alarm bells to rang among the Indian Army, the report said.

Later, the Indian Army chief immediately informed the defense minister, who then briefed then Prime Minister Manmohan Singh about the matter.
