JI's three-day convention begins at Minar-e-Pakistan

LAHORE: The three-day convention of Jamat-e-Islami (JI) begins on Friday at Sabzazar of Minar-e-Pakistan, Lahore, ARY News reported.

Addressing to the opening session of the gathering, Chief of Jamt-e-Islami Siraj-ul-Haq has demanded to revamp Election Commission and for an electoral system with proportional representation.

“Issues of masses cannot be resolved with reforming electoral system of the country”, he said

JI Chief announcing program of Islamic Pakistan declared to introduce Mohammadi Politics and to start struggle against interest system.

Siraj-ul-Haq vows to safeguard rights of minorities in Islamic Pakistan.
