'Judicial commission formed to probe Nine Zero raid'

SUKKUR: Leader of the Opposition Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah has said that Sindh government has formed a judicial commission to probe the Rangers raid at Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) headquarters at Nine Zero Azizabad, ARY News reports.

Khursheed Shah, speaking to media after addressing a festival here on Friday, said that there is no tension between Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) and MQM.

He added that Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) is trying to play a role in bringing MQM and PML-N closer.

The opposition leader said that an investigation report regarding the culprits behind Baldia Town factory fire will be released soon.

The PPP leader asked that how did the votes of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) candidate for Deputy Chairman of Senate increased during the voting process.

“PTI Chairman Khan talks against horse trading. He should explain first that how his party candidate received sixteen votes instead of expected six during the Senate polls”, he said.

He added that the persons involved in horse trading will also be exposed soon.
