In a press statement issued by Mr. Achakzai, he said he found JUI-F chief Maulana Fazul Rehman a patriotic Pakistan and a seasoned politician and “I learned a lot from him, however some party leaders failed to comprehend my views.”
He regretted that “some party leaders” initiated propaganda against him.

He said he conveyed his concerns to party’s top leadership, but the ‘propaganda’ never stopped against him.
It has now become almost impossible for me to continue with these party leaders, hence I am quitting the JUI-F, he said.
