According to SSP West, the suspect identified as Ismail aka Bhayanak has been arrested during Pakistan Bazaar police raid.
Weapons of different caliber were also recovered from his possession.
The SSP said the suspect had also torched a passenger bus in Orangi Town area some time ago. He said Arif was affiliated to a political party.
Further investigation is underway.
