ISLAMABAD: The Kashmir Solidarity Day was solemnly observed in Cairo, Egypt, to express solidarity with oppressed innocent citizens of Indian-occupied Kashmir.

A seminar on the occasion was held at the Greater Cairo Library. It was addressed by scholars and intellectuals, who traced the history of the dispute and drew its similarity with the Palestine issue, says a Press Information Department release.
