Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor have undeniable chemistry on-screen. Both Bollywood superstars, who are reportedly dating each other, have acted beside each other. They have both starred opposite each other in Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani and Rajneeti, will also be starring together in their upcoming film Jagga Jasoos.
However, there seems to be trouble in paradise. According to Kat, she finds it difficult to work with the Kapoor scion.
“I feel it is difficult to work with people you know very well. I think it is easier to act in front of strangers. When someone knows you really well and you are acting in front of them… you feel a bit forced, you feel you are acting… as he knows you are lying -,” she said.
Katrina Kaif also stated that she was working for the first time with director Anurag Basu and was loving the experience.
“I feel fortunate that I got to work with Dada (Anurag). Everyone wants to work with him. His process is little tedious and painstaking because he works at his own pace,” said Kaif.
Katrina was also all praise for Basu’s brilliant acumen and stated that he always come up with top-notch films.
He is a mad genius, who nobody can control, but there is a method to his madness. He comes out with beautiful films that you don’t know where it came from. We respect his process and vision.”
Katrina also brushed aside the fact that the delay in Jagga Jasoos frustrated her.
“I am used to it now (film being pushed). ‘Dhoom 3’, ‘Bang Bang’ got pushed so it happens sometimes,” she said.
Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor are a rumoured couple, who are seen together publicly (and even snapped) but have never acknowledged their relationship. Will Katrina Kaif get over the fact that she has trouble acting with Ranbir or will it prove to be a hurdle, that will be apparent for all when Jagga Jasoos releases in 2016?
