Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor are one of the most sought-after couples in Bollywood. They both have oodles of charm and dazzle on-screen in every film they are cast together. Ranbir has recently hit a rough patch, with his last three films not making an impression at the box office. However, could we be hearing some good news from the Kapoor lad quite soon?

According to a leading Indian website, Katrina has started rejecting roles in order to reduce the workload. Rumours are circulating that the actress has decided to tie the knot with Ranbir Kapoor (whom she has been dating and is in a live-in relationship with, if reports are to be believed).

Kat recently rejected a lucrative film offer in which she was cast alongside Jackie Chan in Kung Fu Panda. According to a source,”She opted out of the film ‘Kung Fu Yoga’ with Jackie Chan after negotiations had almost reached closure. Now the role has gone to Ileana d’ Cruz. Katrina also said no to major films like Rohit Shetty’s ‘Dilwale’, Sanjay Bhansali’s ‘Bajirao Mastani’ and Ashutosh Gowariker’s ‘Mohenjo Daro’ only because they looked like time-consuming projects.”

A close friend of the actress dismissed the plan about her getting married but did state that Katrina was cutting down on her roles.

“She is definitely cutting down on her roles, though we don’t know about marriage.”

Katrina Kaif was last seen in the movie Phantom, which generated a lot of controversy due to its provocative content and partly due to Saif Ali Khan’s outbursts as well. She now has two roles in her kitty; Fitoor opposite Aditya Roy Kapoor and Baar Baar Dekho opposite Sidharth Malhotra.

Will we see Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor tie the knot this year or next year? Who knows, however, one thing is for certain. Kat isn’t rejecting such meaty roles for nothing; there’s something going on indeed!
