Justice Kausar Ali Bukhari of special anti-terrorism court (ATC) conducted the hearing of a case against Mir Shakilur Rehman and six others.
The court while expressing its displeasure over continuous absence of the accused, issued their arrest warrants for the fourth time.
The ATC ordered SSP Khairpur to arrest Mir Shakilur Rehman and present him before the court on November 14.
Officials told the court that a police team has already been sent to Karachi for the arrest of the ones nominated in the case.
Those accused in the case include Jang/Geo owner Mir Shakilur Rehman, Dr Amir Liaquat Hussain, Shaista Lodhi, Najam Sethi, Ansar Abbasi, Veena Malik and Asad Malik.
