Kumar Sangakkara agrees to play in PSL

LAHORE: Sri Lankan veteran cricketer Kumar Sangakkara will be a part of the inaugural edition of upcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL), ARY News reports.

The announcement was made on Pakistan Super League’s official Twitter page.

Kumar Sangakkara has scored 1382 runs in 56 matches in his Twenty20 career with eight half centuries to his name.

The first edition of PSL will be played in February next year in the United Arab Emirates. Many foreign players including Chris Gayle, Kieron Pollard, Kevin Pietersen and Shane Watson will participate.
