According to details, the order to temporarily suspend the Metro Bus service was issued in the morning by the bus service’s administration. It was reported that the decision had been taken owing to security concerns for the bus service. Metro Bus officials stated that the bus service would be resumed at 5 p.m.
Earlier, no time frame had been given as to when the bus service would be restarted but officials had stated that as soon as sufficient and adequate security measures would be taken, the bus service would resume again.
The suspension of the Metro Bus service has caused problems for citizens of Lahore.
