Malik Rafique Rajwana, addressing an agricultural seminar here on Tuesday, said that the situation worsened due to intolerance in society.
“There should be constructive criticism,” he added.
The Punjab Government added that those Parliamentarians should be made ministers who are experts in the field.
Terming agriculture as the backbone of country’s economy, Rajwana said that the government and farmers both should take steps for improving the agricultural sector.
