According to a foreign news agency, 47-year-old Thomas Veres was arrested for punching his older brother Mathew, who ate three Big-Mac burgers and did not save one for him.
The law enforcer said that the arrested man was in such a rage that ransacked the home, threw food and knocked down furniture and appliances.
Matthew sustained wounds to his left cheek, had his ear cut during the assault and was also injured in his right eye.
The 47-year-old is facing assault and harassment charges.
