In her exclusive word with ARY News, PTI central information secretary, Dr Shireen Mazari accepted the apology of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief, Altaf Hussain.
She said that our religion preaches us to forget the differences, if someone apologizes.
Mazari, however, said that it further depends how does MQM lead its way in future.

“If same sort of things are repeated then we will not be afraid and will react to the situation accordingly”, she added.
The PTI leader, while accepting the apology, on her part said that the matter of threats to the PTI chairman, Imran Khan is still there.
“The way Imran Khan was condemned, it now depends upon him how to respond to it and consultation will be held within the party regarding the future strategy in this connection”, she ended.
A while ago, MQM chief Altaf Hussain apologized to PTI leader Shireen Mazari and other women [associated with the PTI] over his statements that stirred a real hornets’ nest in PTI.
As program host Kashif Abbasi chipped in during MQM chief’s talk saying “Shireen Mazari has personally messaged, seeking your direct apology to her”. Mr. Hussain, in response, repeated twice referring Ms Mazari ‘I am sorry!’
The MQM chief had alleged that several ‘wrongdoings’ were witnessed during PTI sit-in in Islamabad, and he particularly targeted PTI women including Shireen Mazari.
