In a statement issued today, Dr Shireen Mazari suggested Altaf Hussain ‘to act as a villain in the flick Siyasat’.

She stated that targeted killings in Karachi came to halt following Rangers operation at MQM headquarters Nine Zero, which is a clear ‘indication’.

Mazari accused Hussain of taking the entire Karachi into hostage and causing damage to the Urdu-speaking community to achieve his personal goals.

She added that the MQM chief routinely announces to part his ways from the party, but backtracks from his decision.

The PTI spokesperson said that MQM is a status quo party and Tehreek-i-Insaf will fully compete it.
